Do you have a product catalogue?
This site has been designed to be an online Product Range catalogue, always providing the most up
to date information on our product range.
We will soon have a product catalogue which will be sent to you, upon
request.
Do you have a minimum order value?
We will pay your carriage within the UK if your order is £250 or more.
Orders under this amount will be charged at £7.50 per delivery. We can
also deliver to your freight forwarder in the UK if you wish to export your
order. If you do not have freight forwarder, assistance can be given.
Do I have to buy a minimum of each line item I want?
No - there is no minimum number of any line item.
Can you help me design a range of products?
The ranges will be monitored and changes can be made to the ranges to ensure
that you have fast sellers.
Can I have my order next day?
Yes we have next day delieveries throughout Scotland, except the Highlands
and Islands. This service is also available to the rest of the UK for an
extra charge.
For overseas deliveries, we can deliver goods to the E & OE depot in Glasgow
next day.

Can I pay in currency other than Pounds Sterling
(£)?
Yes. There may be a small charge to cover the exchange rate administration.
Can I pay online when ordering through this
website?
Not right now, but we're looking at secure online payment facilities.
Currently, you can place your order online. We will process your order and
invoice you in the traditional manner.
Do I need to set up an account with you to
buy?
Yes. It is a free registration process.
Do you sell directly to the public?
We are a Trade Only company. However,the public can view our product ranges
at Trade shows.
Where can I buy your products if you only supply to
the trade?
We trade with numerous retailers throughout the UK so you can contact us and
we will supply the details of your nearest Flowers of Scotland retailer.
Can I have some samples?
We can occassionally provide you with single samples. Other ways to view our
range is at our warehouse, Trade show and our travelling van can come to
you. There are occasions where we will provide you with single samples.
However there are many other ways to view the product range.
Can you export goods outside of the UK?
Yes. We ship to customers all over the world.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event of any problems with the products, please contact our office within 3 days
and we will quickly rectify the problem for you.
- Firstly, you need to have a valid username and password, as supplied by us.
- Secondly, you must make sure javascript is enabled on your web browser, and that it's set up to allow cookies.
Why do I keep landing up at the login page?
Most of the detail and ordering functionality of this site requires you to
be a registered user and to have logged in. Where you try to access a logged
in area and are not logged in, the site will direct you to the log in page
and advise you why you've arrived there.
